Calcium zinc stabilizers are nitric oxide synthases composed of calcium zinc organic salts, hypophosphite esters, polyether polyols, antioxidants, and organic solvents. Calcium zinc stabilizers have good compatibility with epoxy resins and thickeners, good transparency, and are not easy to precipitate. They are used in small quantities and are convenient to use. However, they have the disadvantage of weak wettability, reducing the softening point of the product, and long-term storage may cause mold growth. Solid state composite calcium zinc soap stabilizers are mainly composed of polyether soap, followed by lauric acid soap and fatty acid soap. The characteristic of calcium zinc stabilizers is good wetting, which does not reduce the softening point of PVC hard products, and is suitable for the production and processing of hard PVC pipes and PVC profiles. Products produced and processed from microemulsion technology can eliminate the aforementioned defects.

This is the opening chain of PVC that is coiled with each other, making it easier for external diffusion. The molecular structure of functional groups makes it easier for PVC to spread. The middle boundary facilitates the plasticization of PVC epoxy resin.
